Ch. Jar-Em's Special Sporting Clay, UD, JH
Sire: Ch. Hope's Thunder Jack Of Diamon, JH
Dam: Ch. Jarem's Casino Roulette, BROM
Breeder: Sandra Jaremczuk
Owner: Randy Scharich
Clay started his obedience in August, 1999, in Novice B class
and received his UD title in less than seven months,
showing the full 60 days in each class.
He received ten first place finishes and two second place finishes.
Clay's first NQ came when he was trying to qualify for his second leg in Utility A.
Until then Clay had had all placements, except once,
when he lost in a runoff for fourth place in Novice B, with a second score of 197.
Currently, Clay has three of the ten legs needed for his UDX title
and two OTCh. points. Clay has won four High In Trials.
One was at our WCA National Specialty in St. Louis with a 197
from the Utility B class, winning also Highest Scoring Champion
and High Combined Score from Utility and Open.

"Storm"
OTCh. Jar-Em's Lightning Storm, UDX, JH, NRD, V
Sire: Am/Can Ch. Arnstadt's Wotan von Doblen,
Am/Can CD, TD, JH, SD, VX, BROM, CGC,TDI, TT
Dam: Jarem's Casino Roulette, BROM
Breeder: Sandra Jaremczuk

Storm is the sixth in the history of our breed to achieve the Obedience Trial Champion
title
and only the second male to do so.
Currently Storm is fourth on the all-time OTCh. points list.
Storm has had six High In Trials, five of them at all-breed shows,
and eight High Combined placements.
We also have had the privilege for the last four years of representing our breed at the
National Obedience Invitation held in St. Louis, Missouri,
the only Weimaraner to ever attend.
I asked Storm if he would like to add anything and he told me to encourage more
Weimaraner owners to get involved in obedience,
"cuz we Weims are better than most people think."

"Neely"
Nani's 'N Tsuru-Tani Niele JH
Sire: Ch. Nani's Concert Master, SH, BROM
Dam: Ch. Nani's Chris-Cross
Owner: Lynn Shimala
Neely achieved her Junior Hunter title with scores of 10s and 9s
and no score lower than 8 in only four attempts.
She qualified for the first two legs at age 7 months
and the last two at age 10 months.
This was a major accomplishment considering her owner
was a true novice going into the tests.
Neely is currently showing in conformation and has 10 points.
She will be starting to train again this fall for her
SH as well as a CD.
Her owner hopes to give agility a try, as well.
This young weim is a very busy girl!

Ch. Windward's Perfect Harmony, JH, SD, CGC, NRD.
Her call name is "Holly," as she was born on Christmas Day in 1990,
making her 10 years old.
Holly is basically a couch potato until the word "birds" is mentioned.
Even at age 10, she can hunt a field like the young ones.
She is currently helping to field train our younger Weims.
Owners: Ken & Pat Wolford,
Windward Weimaraners.

Ch. Nani's It's a Given
"Given"
Sire: Nani's N Jagmar Acapella Fella
Dam: Ch. Nani's N Holihaus Pagan Cross, JH
Breeder: Christine Grisell & Susan Casper
Owners: Lynn Shimala & Christine Grisell
Given finished her championship at age 16 months on July 15, 2000.
She earned all of her points with her novice owner handling her
and majored her first weekend out at age 6 months.
The Internationals in Chicago, proved to be an exciting weekend
where Given was Best Puppy in Sweeps and RWB at the WCNI Specialty.
She finished with a bang when she went BOW
at the WCNI Specialty with a 5 pt. major and earned her last point the following weekend.
Given has two legs of her Junior Hunter title
and will try in the Spring of 2001 to qualify for the remaining two.
She and her owner are also training in obedience and agility.
She is truly a versatile Weimaraner and a real joy to own.
